You know, Dave and I, have had a lot of fun putting together the CHW Community called, The HOOD… our play on words. The best part is we do not always take ourselves too seriously while we work together, and create all the content, resources, and radio shows. We both understand this is a HUGE problem and neither, Dave nor I can fix everything. Consequently, we have to have some fun where we can find it, or create it, and that is why our new Social Network, “the Hood” is a welcoming cyber home for parents to learn, DO, teach, and share. Because we are parents, we understand the digital chaos and the need for each other’s help. Therefore, we tried to make it fun and educational… especially because we deal with the very DARK side of the Internet and it’s Deadly SERIOUS when it comes to the way online predators, pedophiles, pornographers, and cybercriminals are attacking our kids on the Internet!!

So, when we had the opportunity to help parents learn about some of the dangers their businesses, families, and especially their kids would encounter… We made a very serious effort to effect change, and set our sights on making the Internet better. Moreover, we dedicated our time, and compiled more than two years of research, condensed hundreds of hours of our published radio show archives, 12 years of combined blog posting experiences, which is read on dozens of internet security blogs. The culmination of all this, and several years of research & development, we pulled from everyone’s everyday digital LIFE, “WE” used this knowledge to create what we believe is the ultimate book on digital parenting from Dave and Bill’s prescriptive… and the new “Net-Generation and Millennium” we all find ourselves living in…
